We are born with these bodies but many of us have spent years trying to mold and shape our bodies into a false idea of what we should look like and be like.
Try instead today, to tune into all the amazing things that you body does for you every day. You can breathe, you can laugh, you can eat, you can drink and you can move in whatever way you can. It is a marvel and I am late to the party in realizing how precious this gift is. Nothing like a cancer diagnosis to put this in perspective for you!

Recently I heard and love love loved a beautiful song which mirrors this wisdom by @bryemusic and @tessaviolet (so grateful to them) called My Body’s My Buddy and it just grabbed by heart and took me by storm and reminded me of the gift our bodies are.

Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes, unless they are 15x20cm and being delivered in the UK, or A4 or smaller and being delivered in mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).
