Family can bring great joy but it can also bring feelings of stress and anxiety. Late in the game I realized how important it is to create for yourself a family model that works. For example, nurture those relationships within your given family with the persons that sustain you, that you enjoy spending time with, that increases the LOVE in your heart for your given family. Embrace those that increase your sense of belonging and acceptance for the magic that you are.
The ones that are less enjoyable? Here is where you DO have the power to decide how much or how little of that you can handle. For some people it needs to be ZERO and that is okay. For some people they manage a small amount of time with those persons when they know they have the strength to handle it. It's finding a balance to maintain connection but also not allow the contact to damage your core. Keep your core strong people!

Each custom stretched canvas begins with a 12-colour Giclée print, produced from a choice of substrates. We then make a custom wooden frame from European knotless pine - in any size needed up to a maximum of 3 metres - and stretch the rolled canvas print over it.
We use finger jointed canvas frames to create corner tension which helps to resist warping. For larger sizes, we add wooden ‘wedges’ to each corner; ensuring the canvas surface remains taut and allowing for easy re-stretching in future years.
All canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
