Finding the Forest Fine Art Print
Back when I started on my artist way and journey the first piece I created that I liked was called Forest For the Trees, I wrote …”Have you ever felt a little lost? Remember that old phrase can’t see the forest for the trees? This piece is a reminder that when things seem too much and you are overwhelmed, it is okay to stop and dwell there for a moment or two. You will find a way.”
When i first got started I didn’t know so many things, a simple thing was how you needed to create digital art to create a beautiful quality fine art print at a printers. So this forest print was not made correctly and languished and I always felt I needed to re-do it correctly, but was excited about moving onto new art ideas and concepts. So…it has been hanging out there waiting. Since that time, I have survived cancer, have become a grandmother and have had a variety of different jobs, my life is so different from that very first post.
Finally I have taken some time and created what I believe is a better version of my first piece and this one is called Finding the Forest, it is when you know you are in the right place and you are comfortable there. It doesn’t mean everything is perfect but it means your current construct is bringing you joy and you feel that you are home. It is lighter and brighter and actually reminds me of our trip to see the Sagrada Familia, and the colors and dappled light in this print represent how it feels when you step into that space. I hope this piece creates that feeling for you as well. Embracing where you are and feeling at home in the whatever forest you are in. #sagradafamilia #forestforthetrees #fineartprints #abstractart #findingtheforest #
